Completion of the first period of the theory development and writing of the book.
Ruslan A. Sharipov.
The first period of development of the theory "3D-brane universe model" began in the summer of 2022 and concluded in late summer 2023. A book of the same name was published in Russian in the summer of 2024. Its English translation was published in the spring of 2025. The Russian version of the book can be downloaded here: Shr10brus.pdf. The English version is available here: Shr10beng.pdf.

Why did I choose the word "development" rather than "research?" In research there is usually an object of study. The researcher influences it in all available ways and studies the results of his influence. In theory development there is a premise from which the developer builds the elements of his theory. For me this premise was the conviction that the unification of space and time in a single continuum is non-physical. The space of the universe and the matter within it are after all three-dimensional. This is exactly how we perceive them and our senses are correct.
While developing the theory the question of publication arose. And this led to major problems. The well-known electronic preprint archive arXiv.org, through its moderators, rejected my papers. I tried submitting them to several English-language journals: Annals of Physics, Astroparticle Physics, Journal of Geometry and Physics, Journal of High Energy Astrophysics, Physics of the Dark Universe, Physical Review D, General Relativity and Gravitation, and Journal of Mathematical Physics. All of these journals rejected publication at the editorial level, even without a referral for peer review.
Of the Russian journals, I submitted an article to the journal Theoretical and Mathematical Physics (TMF). In this case, the article was submitted in July 2023 and went through peer review. The review arrived in November 2023. It was negative, quite lengthy, and contained numerous quibbles about the form. In particular, the reviewer disliked the title of my theory, which contained the word "model." However, there are well-known examples of theory' titles containing the word "model." For example, the modern theory of elementary particles is called the "Standard Model," and the modern theory of cosmology is called the "Lambda-CDM model."
In November 2023 I prepared and sent a rebuttal to the review received to the journal's editors, requesting that my article be sent to another reviewer. This was not done, and in December 2023, I received a second review from the same reviewer.
In January 2024 I prepared detailed rebuttals to both reviews and wrote an email to all members of the TMF editorial board, including the editor-in-chief, outlining the situation and attaching the article itself, both reviews, and my rebuttals to both reviews. Some time later I received a letter from the TMF editor-in-chief stating that the editorial board had reviewed my letter and made the final decision to reject my article.
All my articles from the first period of my theory's development have been posted in the viXra.org electronic archive. I express my deep gratitude to the archive's management for holding my articles online.
From the above it follows that quite a long time may pass before my theory "3D-brane universe model" is accepted. The question arises: how can we preserve materials on this theory and carry them through time? Neither Yandex-dzen, nor Telegram, nor Google Blogger, nor any other platform are eternal. Even the inscriptions on the walls of tombs in Egyptian pyramids are subject to the effects of time. Therefore I encourage my channel subscribers to download my books from the links Shr10brus.pdf and Shr10beng.pdf and save them to local drives, flash drives, CD-disks, or even as printed copies. If you are not a channel subscriber, please download and save these books as well. This will increase their chances of surviving the thorns of time and one day becoming documentary evidence of our era.
